What was done? When was it? Who was the surgeon? I had herniated disc L4-5 surgery in Feb of 06, do to an injury at work, I re-injured it in Mar of 07, I've been to a number of different doctors and a couple of more. They say I don't have a lot of scar tissue but I'm always in pain and it goes down into both of my legs.
I'm now seeing a spine specialist. Now they want me to be evaluated for my job. I just want to be out of pain and back to my a full time job. I've had 2 Facet Joint injections, I've had 3 Epidural Steroid injections in the last 3 months. Which the 1st set seemed helped for about couple of weeks.
Describe patient's problem: Lower back pain and pain & numbness in both legs. The more pain I'm in I get bad headaches.
The problem started when?: March 07, 1 to 10, worse day 6 to 7
Has patient had a scan? Yes
What did it show? I was told the 2 MRI's are not much different.
Question: Can you help? Is there any help? What do I do now????
